We solve this problem by combining novel alternative protein sources and sustainable fermentation processes. We thereby obtain 100% plant-based products, with a better mix of protein, minerals carbohydrates, fiber and oils compared to animal-based products.

1/3 of our edible food is wasted each year for cosmetic reasons. If waste were a country, it would be the third-largest green house gas emitter. We think perfect appearance shouldn’t matter, whereas nutritional values and health benefits should. We tackle the problem by upcycling imperfect looking fruits, pulp and plant seeds in our products.
